Welcome Minister

1. After the Service, when the Clergy are standing at the cross aisles to greet the congregants as they leave, stand after the Clergy in line, and also welcome people. 
2. Encourage them to get some coffee and refreshments in Huntington Hall.  
3. Tell them about the Forum in the Guild Room (the topic is in your service program.) 
4. Answer questions.  If you don’t know the answer, check with other and get back to the person. 
5. Introduce people to others if there is time, for conversation during refreshments.
