The Ministry of Healing at All Saints

The Healing Ministry group consists of members of All Saints Church who meet regularly to explore the healing ministries of Jesus Christ and relate it to our life today. The group holds monthly meetings that provide the opportunity for prayer, reading, discussion and fellowship. They close with the Laying on of Hands and intercessory prayer. The Healing Ministry offers a healing prayer and the Laying on of Hands at the 10:30 a.m. Eucharist on the first Sunday and the 9:00 a.m. on the third Sunday of the month, the laying-on-of hands has been offered to an average of 20-40 parishioners. Anyone is invited to pray for God's gift of health and wholeness for themselves or someone who needs healing in their lives. The act of healing through the laying on of hands has been a part of the church's ministry from the earliest days. The healing of body, mind and spirit is God's work of love among all people, and so we bring the broken parts of our lives to God, prayerfully seeking God's healing.
