We also welcome singers Monica Hatch and Jennifer Berton. Duke Ellington wrote "Come Sunday" as part of a jazz suite "Black, Brown and Beige" for a concert at Carnegie Hall in 1943, a work dedicated to telling the story of Africans in the United States and the place of slavery and the church in their history.
